The management of the University of Ilorin on Tuesday 29th September 2020 reached a conclusion and according to information we gathered, the University of Ilorin authorities disclosed that a higher percentage of candidates who selected the University of Ilorin as first choice in JAMB are yet to register for the University of Ilorin Pre-admission screening Exercise.

This is coming shortly after a closed meeting by the senate, coupled on facts that 70% of candidates who have chosen the University of Ilorin according to stats that were made available are those awaiting both A’level and O;level results, the management made it known thereafter that the board will be extending the registration up until October 31st 2020.

Speaking on the school’s admission plans, the management of the University of Ilorin said they are concerned with applicants that are awaiting their results and the new development is to give room for them while the management awaits the release of results for A’level and O’level examinations.

In accordance with the statement given by the management, the portal will be open  for those who are using awaiting results in order for them to upload after the release of their results by respective bodies and this includes candidates who are using WAEC,IJMB, Jupeb certificates and others.

All prospective candidates are therefore advise to know that there is still room for applications and those who still hope to be considered for admission should make proper utilization of this opportunity, as the University of Ilorin will begin placement of admission after this.
