We saw the necessity to post this as a result of several calls and whatsapp messages we have received as regards when Unilag will release her POST UTME

Recall,  JAMB, the board responsible for regulating admission in all institutions in Nigeria held her policy meeting June 16, 2020 for the first time online where cut off marks were decided and other modalities were deliberated.

At the end of the meeting, it was decided that the minimum cut off for varsities in Nigeria is 160.

It is noteworthy that University of Lagos, school of first choice and nations pride won’t lower her standard by making her cut off 160. Cut off for this year as it has always been will be 200.

During the policy meeting, admission for 2020/2021 session was also agreed to kick start in August as a result of deadly pandemic affecting the world.

Unilag over the years has always released her form in the month of August. Going by the admission process of 2019, the form went on sale from 1st August, 2019 to 21st August, 2019. Post-UTME aptitude test held from Monday 26th August, 2019 to Friday 30th August, 2019.

We do not say the form will be on sale in August, but expect it within the time limit August/September.
