Federal government declares holiday

​FEDERAL GOVERNMENT DECLARES DECEMBER 26, 27 & JANUARY 2, PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
 The Federal Government has declared Monday, December 26, Tuesday, December 27, 2016 andMonday, January 2, 2017 as public holidays to mark the Christmas, Boxing Day and 2017 New Year celebrations.
Consequently, offices of the University would be closed on the affected days. However, members of staff on essential services and those who are requested to be on duty by their Heads of Department/Unit should be at their duty posts.
The Vice-Chancellor wishes all members of the University community, happy celebrations.
