The management of University of Lagos, UNILAG, has decided to commence its 2023/2024 hostel balloting allocation exercise today, [Monday], in order to accommodate students within the school hostels for the continuation of the new academic session to start October, 30, 2023. The balloting exercise will be starting 9 am today.

Students eligible to ballot today

  1. Final year students of both undergoing four and five years programme are the only students eligible to ballot today
  2. Those qualified to ballot must have registered for the session/semester

What balloters are to expect

Final year students balloting tomorrow should expect the students’ portal to be actively on for the exercise by 9 am

The portal will be congested because a whole 400 level and 500 level final year students will be jostling for the limited bedspaces of the quite number of halls.

The exercise will last for certain few hours, over the years it usually end at noon/evening.
